Returns, refunds & cancellations
We want you to love what you buy from Quid Mart. If you are not happy, you can return it – and returns are free.
30-day free returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Return postage is free. This is in addition to your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
How to start a return
- Go to your account and sign in with the email address you used to order.
- Choose the order, select the item(s) you want to return and the reason, then submit your return request.
- Once we approve your request, we will email you a free return label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off within 7 days.

Condition of returned items
Please return items unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached where possible. If an item has been handled more than is needed to check it (for example worn outside or washed), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds
We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order – delivery is free.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order from your account at any time until it has been dispatched (when we add a tracking number). After dispatch, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it free of charge once it arrives.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
