Terms and conditions

1. About us

This website (quidmart.co.uk) is operated by Quid Mart, an online retailer based in England. You can contact us at sales@quidmart.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on our website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We sell brand new branded clothing. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are given as accurately as possible – please check the product description before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Your order and our contract with you

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed between you and us. If we cannot accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock), we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details are set out in our Delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel and returns

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns window. Full details are in our Returns & refunds policy.

8. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for any business losses.

10. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Our welcome code WELCOME10 can be used once per customer.

11. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Brands and trademarks

Brand names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Quid Mart is an independent retailer and is not an authorised agent of, or affiliated with, these brands.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@quidmart.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.
