1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 15 to 30 days

Please note, while we aim to ensure your order reaches you within 30 days, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Quid Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Quid Mart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
