Delivery information

Free UK delivery on every order – no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery method

All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, free of charge, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Occasionally delays can occur during busy periods or because of courier disruption – we will let you know if we expect your order to be delayed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details where available.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email sales@quidmart.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.
