Levi's 502 Taper Fit Men's Stretch Jeans – Black

These charts are taken from the official Levi's® UK size guide (levi.com/GB) and apply to Levi's® jeans and chinos/trousers alike. Levi's® jeans are sized by waist (W) and inside leg / length (L) in inches – e.g. W32 L32.

Men's jeans – waist

Men's jeans – length (L)

The length number is the inside leg in inches – e.g. L30 = 30 inches, measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

Women's jeans – waist & hip

Women's jeans – length (L)

The length number is the inside leg in inches – e.g. L30 = 30 inches, measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

How to measure

• Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, keeping the tape flat and snug but not tight. For low-rise styles, add about 1 inch.
• Hip / seat: measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
• Thigh: measure around the top of your thigh, just below the crotch.
• Inside leg: measure from the crotch seam down to your ankle (or the floor, without shoes, for a longer look).

Tip: the easiest way to find your size is to measure a pair of jeans that already fit you well. Stretch styles (511™, 512™, 502™, 510™) feel more forgiving, while the classic 501® is usually non-stretch denim – if you are between sizes in a 501®, go up a size. Still unsure?
